Shipping Method

When receiving your order, we  begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days. Your products will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at your account.

Shipping takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping is made via EMS,UPS,DHL.

In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare).

This fee would be at the client's expense.

However,  we also offer free shipping for the customers who order over $200.

if your order over $100 and less $200,then shipping cost is $7.85,

if your order less $100 ,then shipping cost is $15.

Return 

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date on which the package was delivered.

For return/exchange, produts must be in brand new condition as received with the original box on which would be without any tape or marks .

If the products are defective after being worn or used, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Please send us an email  sale@smallb2b.com   with the information your return, we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 1~4 hours after your email  received.

Returns and exchanges packages are sent back to smallb2b.com must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't dealed with within the alotted time, we will be unable to process your return/exchange and then will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.

Attention:

Buyer keeps for shipping back to smallb2b.com in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your paypal acct in the amount which the buyer paid for the orders with less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.
